K9 Rocky died after falling from a rooftop as he and his handler searched for burglary suspects in the 500 block of 6th Street in Niagara Falls.
Rocky had been deployed inside the building off-leash. As they searched the rooftop area he jumped over a 3-foot retaining wall and fell to the ground 60-feet below.
One of the three suspects they were searching for was arrested.
