View all 19 ReflectionsTom was my roommate in early 1988 at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy basic class. He was a excellent example of all the positive traits that a law enforcement officer should possess- honest, straightforward, humble and lead by example of hard work.
I was out of state at training at the time of his passing, and will forever regret not being able to pay my respects to Tom, his family and his ICO brothers.
Thanks for the overwatch, Tom, we all needed it.
