Clyde L. "Doc" Taylor

Federal Prohibition Agent Doc Taylor suffered a fatal heart attack following a shootout in Leadville, Colorado.

He was attempting to arrest a man for making moonshine at the time of the incident.

Agent Taylor was a United States Army Spanish American and World War I veteran and served with the Prohibition Unit for 11 months. He was survived by his wife and two brothers.
