Reserve Officer McMaster was killed after being involved in a traffic accident while he and his partner responded to a silent alarm call. Despite having their emergency lights activated, a van pulled out in front of them, causing the patrol car to strike the rear end of the van.

Everyone is proud of you and you should be so proud of your family. I remember when it happened like yesterday. When were both young and on departments and thought it was the best. You are missed and never forgotten. Tell the rest of the badge wearing family that we all miss you guys.
