Walter Owen Fulford

Correctional Officer Walter Fulford was killed while supervising an inmate road crew.

He was operating a road grader and stopped to talk with a county official. As he got off the grader it moved forward and ran over him.

Officer Fulford was assigned to the Hall County Correctional Institute.
