View all 19 ReflectionsRest in peace, Assistant Chief Beecher. Thank you for your service. You are often on my mind, as I am the recipient of the first college scholarship in your name (1980) given to a Charlotte County High School student. It changed my life and I hope that I am living up to your standards. Thank you.
