View all 13 ReflectionsI went through rookie school with Billy Gregory as a Durham Public Safety Officer. As I look back on Billy I remember his smile and offer to help his other classmates. As I think back I also know how outstanding Billy was for both his agency and profession. I was so blessed to have been able to share this special time with Billy our clas and the outstanding instructors we had in our academy.
