View all 30 ReflectionsI jus discovered this site, it is wonderful. I just left a note for a friend of Doug and I, Richard Scott Rogiers. Doug what a time when we worked together at Balcones Heights PD before you went off to SAPD. What a great friend you were. I was thinking about when you, Scotty and I were on that pistol team at Blackhawk range. Our many adventures at BHPD. You are a true friend and now an Angel looking after us all. I so miss you my friend. I named my youngest son after you and Doug. As your middle names are Scott, his middle name is Scott. My son has told me that he feels he was named after heroes. He certainly was, heroes and good friends. RIP
