Patrolman Capozzi had a tough start as youngster losing both his father and mother at and early age. His aunt and uncle became his parents and raised him. He then survived a terrible auto accident. He worked at the Latrobe airport and had an incredible red GTO that he pampered and drove occasionally. He was a gentle giant probably 6'4" or so and 250 pounds. I grew up across the alley from "Jackie" and was shocked when a neighbor stopped and said he had died. He was always laughing or making others laugh
