View all 6 ReflectionsThank you all for your kind words and meaningful expressions. JV Cogdill was my great grandfather. My grandmother told me several things about the incident and to see this person pardoned was difficult to swallow. Your prayers and again, your comments for our family are appreciated. I was born in 1944 so I never knew my great grandfather. But as you say, his memory lives on.
