View all 23 ReflectionsI was introduced to Rusty and his wife at the sheriff of Genesee County’s birthday party by my Dad, Deputy James Williams just days before his death. Today 7/26/25 I went to Washington DC and visited the Fallen Offices Memorial. Found your name. As a daughter of a former deputy, a sister of a police officer, and now a mother of current Sheriffs Deputy you and your families sacrifice will never be forgotten.
