I worked with his son Frank Krizek, Jr. from 1985 to 1987. Frank Jr. was a great man. I have such fond memories of him. I can still see his warm smile from across the shipping department room. We were as different as A from Z, but just got along so well. He taught me about auto mechanics and the Glenn Miller Band. He disliked rock and roll music, except for two songs ("Reeling in the Years" and "My Hometown"). At the time Frank Sr. died, Frank Jr. was in the US military (Marines maybe, can't recall), stationed somewhere in the South Pacific. Frank Jr. told he how shocked he was to learn of his dad's death. It just didn't make sense to him: how Frank Jr. was supposed to be the one in harm's way in the military, but his dad was the one to die, back at home. Rest in peace
