View all 33 ReflectionsRandy was one of my first field training officers. He was patient and professional as well as passionate about policing. I recall an incident in which we were EOW in the locker room when a request for assistance sent him back out the door into the back seat of a responding unit. He took the initiative to disarm a mentally unstable woman with a knife without injury to her or anyone else. Randy was a good man and a great Police Officer.
