Policeman George Nadeau was killed when his police motorcycle was run off the road by another car driving at a high rate of speed.
No charges were ever filed against the other driver.
Policeman Nadeau had served with the Panama Canal Zone Police Department for 14 years. He was survived by his wife, two daughters, a son, and his father. His son retired from the United States Department of Justice- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
