Reflections for City Marshal William Warren
His eldest daughter, Ida, became the mother of the later Los Angeles County Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz. His grandson started with the LA County Sheriff office in 1907. Reorganize the old State Motor Patrol in the last 1920 (was appointed the first Superintendent of the new California Highway Patrol: CHP). And later became the 27th Sheriff of Los Angeles County, California, serving in that capacity for 26 years, from 1932 to 1958. Apple did not fall far from the tree.
