Reflections for Special Agent Richard Kelly
Agent Richard Kelly was my mother's uncle. I was named Richard in his honor. The shooters were tracked to Texas and returned to Paducah for trial, then executed by electric chair.
Rest in peace for your service to others, Richard Kelly. Your family has kept your memory alive!

Special Agent Kelly, we can only hope that the scum who murdered you (regardless of who pulled the trigger, they were all scum) faced true justice, if not in this life, then in the next.
Thank you for helping to protect one of America's greatest assets, it's railroads.
God Bless and may your eternal rest be ever peaceful.
