I remember trooper Williams he helped my mother an I at an accident when I was a small child his calm demeanor and kind words left a lasting impression. My mother has since passed but spoke often of Trooper Williams and had been sadden at his passing. I now pass on to my daughter a respect for all that law Enforcement does. Thank you Trooper Williams !!

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 29th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. How nice that your family is able to honor you on this site.

As another year has passed the changes have been many. It's hard to believe I'm heading towards 13 years in now. Harder to believe it's been 27 years since we lost you. There have been many times I've felt you watching over me, thank you. You have always been an inspiration in my career path, I would like to think you are watching with pride.
